These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program (the "Program") operated by DMV Air ("DMV Air," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from DMV Air, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You consent to receive text messages from DMV Air by affirmatively checking the SMS consent box on our website contact or scheduling forms, or by otherwise providing your express written consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from DMV Air.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity and interactions with us. You may receive multiple messages related to a single appointment (for example, a confirmation, a reminder, and an arrival notification).

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier will apply to all messages sent and received under the Program. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
 

5. How to Opt Out
 

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again through our website or by contacting us.
